Statute

The statute node holds the organization's articles of association as submitted in this bank report.

Fields​

  • file — the unsigned statute file blob.
  • signedFile — the signed statute. Resolved separately from the underlying board service.
  • state — StatutesState: New (the statute was updated in this report) or Unchanged (the statute is the same as in the previous package).

When the node is populated​

statute is meaningful only when isStatutesRequired is true on the parent bank report. When the statute is Unchanged, the file fields still point at the most recent signed version, but no new signing flow has run.
